Refund Policy

Free plan

The signature builder is free, so no refund applies.

Pro plan ($19 / month or $149 / year)

If you are unhappy with Pro within 14 days of your first payment, email [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Beyond the first 14 days, Pro is billed monthly or annually (depending on the plan you chose) and we do not pro-rate partial months. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again.

UK / EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use Pro features (e.g. activating tracking) you agree that the service begins immediately and that you waive the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. The 14-day goodwill refund above is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
